Good price for a branded beat. Made in Taiwan

This is a good price for a branded racket. There is no mark at all on the bit itself etc. The center hole is deep so it can be used for wing nuts instead of bolts. The center hole is 1.25 inches deep. The packaging states that it is Hillman branded and "Made in Taiwan".

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Communication with seller

Must for storm flaps

The storm flaps I have are held in place by numerous wing nuts. This is essential for effectively installing and removing wing nuts. However, I start my wing nuts by hand to avoid cross-threading when installing the wing nuts and finish with a wing nut screwdriver.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Empty

An Invaluable Tool - Wing Nuts

I recently installed hurricane resistant steel sheeting to protect the windows and doors of my Florida home. The fasteners consisted of permanent bolts around the perimeter of the windows and doors, and each panel was secured with wing nuts screwed into the bolts. This tool makes it easy to install over 100 wing nuts on studs.

Pros
  • This Is Amazing
Cons
  • Mostly Good, But...

Required for quick installation of Hurricane shades

Before I started looking for the missing wing nuts I didn't even know there was a dedicated driver. tighten more than 200 nuts with a wing wrench. After that, my hands no longer hurt for a few days. A must have for anyone with wing nut blinds.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Discontinued

Huge time saver on fasteners

If you need to fit some wing nuts for your blinds or whatever, buy these. thanks me later In fact, it would be better to buy a few. Not because they break, they last forever. The reason you have to buy several is that if you borrow them, you won't get them back. And when your neighbor sees you using it, he will ask you to borrow it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Not all will fit

Mandatory for wing nut pool cartridge canisters.

I'm tired of unscrewing and retightening the 4 wing nuts on the Hayward pool filter every time I need to clean the pool filter. One day I saw my cordless impact wrench in the garage and had an idea and I looked here. It took me a while to find the right search parameter, but I finally found a few that matched both the fender and the thread depth indicated on the top of the wing nut that was tightened. The first time I used it it took me about 12 seconds to get the wing nuts off and another 10…

Pros
  • Great for me

  • Null

Works great with a drill for screwing and loosening wing nuts on shutters

Testing one of these earlier in the summer made it clear that hand tightening all the wing nuts was going to be a nightmare and certainly nothing what you want to do when you're pressed for time. A quick search on Amazon found this little adapter made just for this situation. It attached to my drill bit like any other drill bit and fit comfortably on the wing nut. A quick test showed that they can now be installed and removed quickly and with significantly less effort using a reversible drill.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Useless window features
