I have purchased this product before but it is not what is advertised. It was a repackaged product. The original has "wall latches" that don't require wall anchors, which are basically wall anchor-shaped nails that you screw directly into the wall. Metal and nails are better quality when buying the original.

If you have a large picture or poster frame, don't use any other system. It's definitely worth the five or six bucks you pay for it, and it's a lot easier than using the silly little hooks on the back of most big frames. It took me about six minutes to hang a large photo collage in a heavy frame for my wife. Four screws, a small bubble level, a pencil and that's all you need! I used a couple of larger drywall hangers, but it probably wasn't necessary. Buy this product!
