The concept is great and could be really useful at the beach but after one use the inner material on the bottom broke causing water from the ice inside to seep everywhere! For this price I expect more than one use!

Great cooler, no leaks. I would recommend draining the water overnight rather than leaving it in the packaging. We did this and the floor was wet but it didn't leak. I also used it as hand luggage on one trip, it fits right under the seat. Great bag for your money. I would buy again.

Ordered this for a week long gig that required coolers no larger than 14" x 14". True, this is more than was assumed. It contained the two thin ice packs offered with that bag, after which I was able to fit 18 ice packs inside. The straps were adjustable and comfortable.

So I've used it a few times for hikes and trips to the beach. It works well but it's slow flowing and the ice is melting faster than I was hoping, but I'll note that we live in Guam so during the hike it's hot and the sun is baking the bag. The zippers are very strong and can withstand a lot. I would buy this again.

I bought this for a trip to the amusement park. We flew to our resort and it was perfect to fold up and put in our suitcase. There was dinner and drinks for four and there was still room. We also have wet wipes and extra masks in the front pocket. Even fully packed, it was light and easy to carry. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I gave this backpack 4 stars because it leaks when ice is added to the contents of the backpack. However, if you use ice packs, it will stay dry. It's big enough for a few drinks and meals - perfect for a day at the beach - and very portable. For the price it's definitely worth buying if you already have ice packs or are planning to get one.

To be honest I have bought many insulated lunch bags, backpacks, tote bags etc and none of them have ever worked. So when I bought this new one, I risked not meeting my expectations for an insulated bag. Well I was SURPRISED, it actually worked great. I took it to the beach and after 6 hours in the sun at 90°+ my drinks were cold. I highly recommend it, worth the risk ;)

UPDATE: We were trying out ice packs over the weekend and it was so hot that condensation from the ice packs actually seeped all over the bag. You will end up looking like you have a lot of sweat as it penetrates your lower extremities. It's worse than my son's school cone that I spent $5 on. On the 1st day of use and it was dripping all over the bottom of the camper van. I'm sure it's great if you just use it for an ice pack backpack but definitely don't put real ice in it.

I really like this. We took it with us on vacation and it worked great when we were away from the hotel. The only downside is that it doesn't stay on hold for as long as I expected. And if it inclines to lightning, it will leak. But I expected that. You really can't make a zipper waterproof. We will be using this in all of our summer outdoor activities from now on. Very comfortable and light. Carried 6 cans of soda and 8 bottles of water, 10lbs of ice, forgot he was there after an hour walk.
