The product looked pretty good until I noticed a few small holes after installation. I thought it was caused by the way it was stacked and packaged because that's where all the holes are.

I ordered a 17ft awning and received a 16ft awning. After installation I encountered a problem and now I can't return it. I hope we can fix the problem and adjust the rating. If voted correctly, it would have been 5 stars.

4 punctures were found after installation, all in factory folds. It was a very painstaking project and it was very disappointing that we finished it and saw it, and even with a pre-installation inspection we would not have seen it.

This awning is of excellent quality. It was pretty easy to install, including installation instructions, but I recommend watching a few YouTube videos first. I installed it myself but use a second helper if you have one. Would definitely buy this product again.

It was a lot easier than expected and for the price I should have done it much sooner. 3 people are required for a safe installation and to avoid mistakes that could damage the material. It seems to be made of thick, high quality material and super fast shipping. My old awning was 6 cm longer, but after assembly it is not noticeable. Very happy with the product so far. It will be tested on the next trip.

The fitting instructions are correct but if you have no experience and are not a professional with sprung equipment ask for help or like us - find another way to fit . Our experience installing this without unloading the spring has been good. However, remember that we had four people helping with the installation. Once we all agreed and were set up, the installation took less than ten minutes. Get ready to get help.

I had low expectations as I was buying at this budget range but the quality was really great. I just installed it so can't comment on long term durability but the material is nice and thick, the pattern looks great and the installation went very well. Everything works as it should. The instructions weren't 100% clear, but there are tons of videos on You Tube to help you work through them. Super happy with the purchase.
