actually works but a nightmare to install

I've watched a few videos - some bikes have holes in the frame and you can use an adjusting nut which makes this easier. I only had holes, but they were far away. I couldn't drill a new one so I had to make adapters which took a good 6 hours. but it takes the heat away from your thighs ONTO THE BODY.

Returned these immediately. No instructions just a giant bag of nuts, bolts, washers and nuts. When I brought them to my 2008 Road King, I couldn't find any suitable holes, and I had no intention of drilling my bike's frame, let alone without clear instructions. Even on YouTube there was no video how to mount them. They wouldn't be worth buying even if they cost a lot less, they're useless without instructions.
