Huge disappointment! I wanted to switch to a durable cutting board that wouldn't chip or get rough like plastic and wooden cutting boards. I thought marble would be a good substitute. I liked these boards as they are easy to clean and don't leave much material on the surface. Although it suffered lacerations within 2 days of use, it doesn't scratch as much as a plastic sheet.
