We have been using the system for almost 2 years. And we are very satisfied with the water quality. Exactly what we need and expect. I check the water as promised for TDS and values: 12 PPM. Heavy metals are also in check. The water in our refrigerator, which is not connected to a filter, is terribly dirty: 200 and more. PS We hired someone to install our reverse osmosis filter despite many reviews saying it was easy to install. Cartridges must be changed every year.

We live in a rented house in Florida and drinking water contains so much chlorine that just the smell of tap water burns your nostrils. I don't think it's safe to drink.
