I got this set because I wanted to make a glam style rustic bed. I have a queen bed but I brought a king bed because my bed is high and I wanted enough hanging on the sides. It turned out great and looks very nice. see photo

I was attracted to it because of the color and the ruffles that fall to the floor. And yes, like the pictures, no skirt is needed for the bed as the comforter touches the floor. The color is very nice. There is a hint of (I think) orange in the stitching which was unexpected but the set is still very delicate and beautiful. This is not a heat map. WOW. After reading the reviews about this bedspread I wasn't sure if I should buy this bedspread. Well shipping was fast thanks to Revain and I just opened it. It was well packed and the zipper inside the package was packed very carefully. It's amazing. I just put it on my queen bed and it looks beautiful. What bothered me was that the ruffles were very wrinkled. This was not the case. The ruffled skirt made the look flawless and didn't crease. Big surprise. The bedspread was made very generous
