This Coffee maker requires an 8" inch brew basket, it comes with a 7" inch brew basket, this does not hold the brew pipe in the base of the burner, this allows it to lean on the side wall of the decanter, during the brewing process this causes the hot water to gather to one side of the brew basket and spill coffee grounds out of the basket into the decanter were they sink to the bottom and clog up the spigots!Other than that, it's a fine pot. I bought this one a while ago but stopped using it because it doesn't keep the water hot. For some reason the manufacturer makes holes on top of the lid which makes all the heat come out. But other than that this is actually stainless steel and doesn't take that much space in the kitchen.

I purchased 3 of these. I use 2 at the school I work at. Makes enough coffee for all teachers and staff. Some of us even fill up tumblers. I have one at home and the other is used at the schools concession stand to sell hot chocolate. It’s very easy to use and to clean.

I was so happy to find this at a great price. When I set it up for a big party we had, it leaked at the spout. There was no way to stop the leak and I had to place towels underneath.After the party we tried to fix it, we ended up sending it back. I will try again.

Horrible. I bought this for a gender reveal to keep milk warm for a got chocolate bar and it scorched the milk and ruined the unit. It can’t be cleaned. It has to be thrown out. A waste of money. Do very disappointed.

I purchased this last year. It was used three times last year. (I heated water only as I was making hot chocolate). Thoroughly cleaned it and stored away. I used it twice this year. At some point tonight it died. Won't heat. Indicator lights don't come on. What a waste of $$$.

I love how easy it is to use. Wish it had auto turn off but still freaking amazing and makes great coffee. Thanks for attention!

We used these for a children’s party. One with hot chocolate- added water, individual packets of mix (only because the large mix was sold out). Mix and let heat up for about a half hour prior to serving. The other had a pre made apple cider. Just pour in and stir occasionally. The temps were perfect for adults and kids after all the added fixings for hot chocolate. The cider had to cool a bit before sipping. My favorite party item and the cleaned beautiful too. No caked on sludge left behind…

Did not come.with cups. But I love this dispenser. I use it for the holidays and winter. Keeps the kids coming back for more hot chocolate.

I bought this urn because I wanted a stainless steel urn that held alot of water. I am very very disappointed with my purchase. The urn does not heat the water enough. I dispense water into a regular coffee mug and within a couple of minutes my beverage is just warm, and not hot anymore. My home is kept at 73°, and so my mugs are not any colder that anybody else's. If I want a hot beverage then I must drink out of a paper disposable coffee cup, or I have to fill my coffee mug up with the water…

Got for my sisters wedding and haven’t used it yet. Great size container and love that it has two spouts. Hoping it all works well and I can use for all different kinds of events.

I was satisfied with this. Takes awhile to actually brew the coffee but kept warm and tasted good for hours. The large size makes it difficult to store in smaller kitchens.

I haven’t used it yet. I like that it is so light weight. However, it has been unboxed previously. I noticed finger prints; yet I wasn’t positive they weren’t mine until I looked inside to find the filter was outside and on top of the bag with instructions.
