I bought this tape to use on concrete paving to mark a step down. I cleaned and prepped the area and tried applying tape. It will not stick. I bought it because the description said it was waterproof and would stick to any surface. He also explained that it is commonly used for road markings. It doesn't stick to concrete at all.

Used this to create parking space in my garage for my two daughters' electric bikes, tricycles and scooters. Before applying, I swept and vacuumed the garage floor. I'm sure there was still a lot of dust and salt on the garage floor, but this tape stuck to it with no problems. Feels sturdy, has good reflection even in low light. A good product.
