Great Price - Baskets, Baskets & Bins

Great product for the price. But both baskets arrived broken, very disappointed and don't want to deal with the return process.

Arrived broken for storage and organization

One of the latches is broken/missing. Return/exchange too expensive. There is only one in the box that can be used. upset.

Keep buying, poor quality.

The container was very cheap. The lid doesn't stay on. Banged right away. I returned the product a month ago and the company has not responded or refunded my money. I would recommend choosing a slightly more expensive product to provide a better customer experience.

Still a good product

Reading the reviews I noticed two things. Poor quality due to broken product upon arrival. Also negative feedback that the lid doesn't fit properly. Well I'm in great shape. The packaging box perfectly matches the product. The lid snapped shut as expected. I am very happy.

There is no cover. stay. on the.

It's tempting to buy these for their low price but I highly recommend it. I could accept the relative fragility for being cheaper, but the lids are TERRIBLE. Not only do they not latch, but they also don't latch tightly enough to stay in place when carrying the bin! I can't stress enough how easily they fall off and it was driving me nuts. Only buy them if you plan on gluing the lids.

The lids are useless UPDATE: the problem was the strength of the fingers

UPDATE: The lids retract perfectly. I asked someone to wear them today. So the problem is the strength of my fingers, not the product. IGNORE MY PREVIOUS COMMENTS. The lids don't "snap", they basically sit on top of the box. It's possible that one of the sides will break, but you can still knock the lid off by simply lifting the box. Terrible quality for the price. Will return! Must have box + lid = safe storage. I

I had trouble closing the lids.

I needed some clear storage baskets and they were a good price so I bought them. They are absolutely fine EXCEPT I had a lot of trouble closing the lids. One really tore off a piece. Well, I've been using trash cans to count them for far too many years, and I'm not a dummy, I'm a . . . . My husband was able to put it on after taking a good look at it but I couldn't and I use it. Delivered quickly, well packaged, arrived safely. Since I broke it, I didn't bother to send it back.

Lightweight Storage Containers

This is a lightweight plastic. I received them in the original packaging, no outer packaging. It's good. The box was intact but inside the containers were torn at the same corner of the edges. The caps were on top of the box so I don't know how the rims cracked!? Nothing was loose in the box. I shouldn't have gone back because I was looking for containers of this size.
