2 containers arrived broken. We noticed it after collecting most of it and decided not to return it. We thought we could get replacement containers. Contacted support several times and got no response. Revane sent me back to Honey Can Do. The product itself is normal, nothing special. I would rate it higher if Honey Ken Do bothered to tag me at all. I was even willing to pay for the bins. Now we need one more block for the attic and I'll take another brand. Disappointing.
