Too many extra bells and whistles that add no value

I like their easy to use platform of creating schedules/reports etc. Also has some good features such as allowing multiple users in one account (which also allows them to have separate accounts). Their support does not seem very proactive nor do they offer any sort of training or tutorials. The whole thing feels too much work at times when just trying to make an appointment book look decent which takes 10 minutes once done but having all these other things makes it feel more daunting than…

Pros
  • Having used base camp previously this software is similar enough that our team quickly adapted after switching over, however i found myself spending far less time making changes due simply because there are fewer steps required for most basic tasks versus previous ones

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Great for keeping your employees professional record base

I like how easy to use this software was when we first started using it as an HR department in my organization. It really helped us keep all of our records organized and easily accessible at any given moment. The only thing i dislike about HoneyBee Base is their very slow response times if there are issues or questions regarding certain features within the program. This has been resolved over time by improving support staff but not always immediately upon contact. We were able to find…
