This product is not suitable for normal thread spools. Buy one from the Featherweight Store. This piece of junk.

Don't skimp on money. Order one at the Featherweight sewing store. This did not allow the use of a normal spool and did not allow the tread to pull properly. He also talked too much.

I bought this for my Singer Featherweight to use the large thread spools. However, it only works with very large industrial coils. I have to have one of each to actually use it. Hence four stars.

A very misleading image of this product. This will NOT hold a regular spool of household sewing machine thread. I do not buy large industrial styles with thread. If the part that holds the spool of thread was adjustable to rotate the cylinder that goes through the pin holder on the machine, it could accommodate the large and small holes of the spool of thread. Disappointed with this product. Most likely I will return because it is useless for me.

I have a Singer 221 and this filament stand shakes a lot when I put it on the spool pin as shown in the picture on the website. I'm keeping it because I threw away the packaging; but i will probably never use it. It's not the seller's fault. I don't know, maybe my car was modified. It's a 1937 model and I've only had it a few months. I bought this to use my Aurifil cross thread bobbins but they don't fit the stand in any way. It appears to be of good quality.

This product looks exactly like the close-up photos. Apparently very well done. It fits loosely over the reel shaft, but that's to be expected when it's wide enough to carry an Aurifil reel. But how is this thread going? The picture of the machine in the listing shows the bobbin being placed on it until it almost rests on the Featherweight itself. As you can see in the close-ups, this is not possible with the metal lever connector. I will give it 4 stars because of the design but I can't give…
