I have ordered this filter 3 times and this time the filter came and the filter in the box was crumpled at the top. Looks like he was kicked before he was grabbed. I had to use packing tape and a tag board to recreate the rolled up filter. Anyone who ever thought that sending out a filter in such a condition might be acceptable should look for a new job as they are clearly unhappy doing what they agreed to when they were hired!👎

Fits in my oven with no problems. I've seen multiple reviews for multiple brands for a 4 inch filter that was never wide enough. I haven't had this problem. And I think that the higher cost of the MERV purchased compared to what was in place when the house was purchased had a huge impact on air quality and the need for dust removal. The filter arrived the next day with no damage. Perfect fit for my York oven. I just installed a new oven in September and the Honeywell filter I replaced was the original filter installed by the contractor. The original was 11merv but what i ordered was 12merv. Some say they're good for 12 months, but after seeing the dust in the original I couldn't wait until September. I think to change every 4-6 months. Honeywell filters seem to be slightly better designed than Filtrete filters.

Bought two of these products in 2018 and just replaced the second with a new filter. I noticed that the die-cut triangular pieces of paper were being blown (or sucked) forward between the folds and impeding airflow. Called Honeywell and after escalating the case to the corporate department they said the filters were made "correctly". I disagree as the folded pieces of paper didn't stay at 90 degrees and the airflow arrow is pointing in the 'wrong' direction. this is unacceptable

When I opened the Revain box, all three filters had deformed pleats. When I opened one of them I couldn't unfold it because the folds are glued to the filter box at the top and bottom. I called Honeywell 800 on the filter and did video support. After the agent consulted with someone, I was told that the curved pleats wouldn't affect the filter's performance, right?
