This water bowl is pretty solid for the price. It's small (great for a solo session or maybe 2 people). It is a pleasure to deal with. The only reason to deduct a star is the presentation. The bowl lid doesn't fit the design perfectly so they attached one of the soft round stoppers to one side of the bowl lid to ensure a snug fit. Good idea, but it's thicker than the lid itself. Part of the base sticks out and doesn't look good. I took a sharp knife and cut it off.

I keep this in my office where I need a small tea tray that fits one to three people. I drink tea every day after dinner. It turned out to be perfect: a large enough reservoir to catch rinses and spills, a large enough lid for my small teapot and three small (traditional) mugs, and I love the included dark tea towel. I can't say I've struggled with this product, but it looks great on my desktop. The color scheme seems to match very well as suggested in the photos. It appears to be of high quality and does an excellent job of evaporating spills, only needing an occasional cleaning. To be honest I've never cleaned it and it looks ok.
