I like that it lets me use any language or framework to write my own hooks, but also that they have built in support for many languages/frameworks (Python, NodeJS). It's easy enough to get started with if you're just looking at writing your first few hooks - there are some great examples included. The documentation could be improved. They should include more information about how to do things outside their API spec itself. We've been using this service to communicate between our applications…

An easy way of consuming and integrating various web-services

The best thing about this tool, I do not dislike anything; all are good especially for developers who wants to consume APIs or integrate them with their applications by using hooks. So far everything has been ok but you should try it yourself as there could be some issues that your solution will face if its integration fails which makes users run away from these tools (or) make others believe in such products because they fail easily!
