NOT for boots! best in the clasp

The rivet is not long enough to go through the skin to be ruffled. It works like an awning tent but not leather!

Pros
  • New to my collection
Cons
  • makes me mad

Comfortable to use but heel counter could be wider

Suitable for repairing a pair of boots. Easy to replace but wish the liner was a bit wider so it would better grip the boot material when flattened. At least we have enough spare parts in case it happens again.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for elderly

Works well, easy to fit

The hooks look very solid and are of a better quality than what is currently used on shoes. It was easy to install with a hammer and a flat surface. I used a small wrench to avoid bending the beam under the hook. At 20 I need to use this product for a while. It saved me the hassle of throwing away my shoes or constantly losing my laces.

Pros
  • Great for a small home

TIES are good for sewing

BOOTS, SHOES, SNEAKERS WITHOUT EYES, SAG? THIS LITTLE BEADS WORKS AS EXPECTED. THE ONLY THING COULD BE BETTER IS THE INSTRUCTIONS. BUT AS NO SCIENTIST PROJECT I COULD UNDERSTAND THIS. DELIVERED FAST AS EXPECTED FOR PRIME. THEY'VE BEEN ON MY BOOTS FOR A WEEK OR TWO SINCE RECEIVED THEM AND I AM DEFINITELY SATISFIED WITH THEM. SAFE BECAUSE OF THE TAKE WITH A HOLE TO PUT THE STRINGS ON TOP.

Pros
  • Great handicrafts

that saved me from buying new winter walking shoes

So I have these good winter walking shoes from the end of the world. I broke a pair of elastics on my boot so I bought 4 extra lace hooks to replace the original ones. I just drilled through the originals and I have dies to punch through. So make sure you have dies to rivet them together or you can also buy a button rivet/punch set from Revain. I do leather goods because I love riding Harleys, and if a vest or something breaks, I like fixing things like that. So it saved me from buying new…

Almost a dollar each!

I am buying a rivet/bolt set because Revain has shown that others have bought this together. There are no instructions for these boot hooks and rivets, and there is no obvious way to properly assemble them. The toolkit I bought (recommended by Revain) is completely useless to them. I ended up laying the inner head of the rivet on a flat plate and using a round bar and hammer hit the top head of the rivet until it was crushed. even. It appears that the inner shank of the bottom rivet has…
