Wrong colour, item NOT black

This product should be black but it is greyish in colour. It even says "Black" on the box label, but inside is a gray element. I returned the product and bought it from another seller. If I wanted a gray crevice tool I would buy it correctly labeled and not settle for mislabeled items.

Good fit, reasonable price, good availability for older Hoover Spirit models

Fits me, with locking pin. I had the original but I stepped on it and broke it. I wrapped it in black tape and it still worked fine but thought I'd buy a new one. came quickly decent value. A bit pricey for me, but overall I'm satisfied.

Replacement arrived - NOT black but VERY light gray - not strong enough and heavy

This is a replacement for the original crevice tool. The replacement is functional but lacks the length, plastic weight, and density of the original grout tool. The original was about 4 inches longer: a BIG disappointment. I guarantee it won't last - whatever. However, it is better than doing nothing. The plastic is thin too. If I could find another one I would be grateful for any advice.
