Great price for what you get! I was looking for lamps to hang from the ledge in our living room. I was talking about magic garlands or these. I chose these for the value, color change, and isolated backlighting of the light at each point. With Duracell batteries this is insane value as you get 3 per lamp for a total of 5 lamps. The light doesn't turn on immediately from the remote, but I don't care. I don't need much light. You have to press a few times to toggle them all on and off.

I use these as night lights in my bathrooms instead of traditional night lights that take up a few precious outlets. I taped them to the plastic switch plates next to the regular light switches. Now I can safely enter my bathroom without turning on the bright, glaring makeup light. I haven't had any issues with battery life, but these accent lights only come on for a few minutes due to the way I use them.
