Otherwise installation is fairly easy

Not exactly what I ordered. Didn't have a built in glass fuse. A fuse was used instead. The rest of the installation is pretty easy.

Does what I want. Works perfectly. Lots of cables to get you where you need to go. The hardest part of the setup was finding a way to bypass my firewall.

Good solid cable. The outlet is a bit cheaper but not that bad. Ease of installation. In the last 12 years I have ordered the same kit for 4 different cars.

Brake Buddy now works fine, no low voltage warnings.

I replaced the cigarette lighter with this socket and connected it directly to the battery via a 20A fuse to power the BrakeBuddy when the key is off.
