Plug and play! fits trailer hitch accessory

love this kit! Plug it in, route it, tie it up and go! Please use your vehicle's owner's manual or YouTube to find out in advance where your trailer fork is located to make your life easier. Works perfectly!

Pros

Cons

Ideal for installation without LEDs

Works as it should. However, if you are using LEDs, this is not the module you want to use. The module feeds back somewhat, causing the LED to light up when it shouldn't, like a regular lightbulb.

Pros
  • Robust design
Cons
  • Unreliable

Easy install, works great

Installed on my 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L with no problems. Easy installation with neat instructions. Works great, no problems with it. I recommend something to hold it in place otherwise it will just dangle under the car.

Works great very easy to install

Plug and play. If you need help figuring out how to remove the interior trim to find your car plug, just search yootoob. Once you get this sorted out, the rest of the setup will be very easy. I was digging around in my car and found 2 plastic knockouts that allowed me to run the cable through the bottom of the car instead of pulling it out the back door.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons

Works well, very easy to install!

This product works well, is easy to install and causes no problems. Works with existing vehicle wiring without modification. The only complaint I have is that the instructions were in text and the reference to the location of the 'hidden' plug confused me. I spent about 20 minutes searching before I found a video on YouTube. Maybe a simple black and white picture with an arrow will help.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Will not fit 2005 Honda Element despite Revane's statement.

I am a competent mechanic and have connected all my previous trailer wiring harnesses to the factory wiring harness but wanted to avoid doing so in my day. This item was Revain's 'Fits Your Vehicle' approval and it even said it would fit on the packaging. After a few hours of disassembling my car and watching a lot of YouTube videos, I decided this block would NOT fit my 2005 Honda Element. Absolutely annoying and such a waste of time. The same part number from a popular trailer parts supplier…

Will not quite fit a 2005 Honda Element without a proper T-connector.

I bought this for my 2005 item but the instructions do not match the car. The outside of the box says it's an item, but the inside of the box doesn't say anything. After returning the package and constantly searching for the correct trailer wiring harness, I discovered that my car did not have the correct Litemate-T connector and I could not find where to purchase one. I want this to work with my machine. Seems to be a good system. Still considering buying it again as it has the right ports…

Not a good installation guide

I installed this product on a '04 Honda Element and need an extension to access the trailer through the rear door. You need to remove the right rear seat and unscrew the seat bracket. (3 bolts) You will also need to remove the seat belt bolt. Remove the screws holding the interior and remove the seat belt portion, the rear pillar and the corner piece that is behind the seat. I lifted the ledge at the bottom of the door just enough to reveal the side. Slowly and carefully move backwards off the…
