They make it easy to wire your toad. I installed them behind the car at the same time as the 4 pin tow truck. The 4 pin converter comes with jumper wires and I put them inside the jumper wires so there is no damage at all to the car's wiring when removing. Very easy to install, cut the wire, insert the wire into V blocks with a pair. Needle nose pliers, add the wire from the connector on the front of the car and snap it into place.

I use them for taillights on my dirty car behind the camper. I was between them and small diodes with three blade terminals each. Looking back, I would like to go with others. While they seem to work well, I'm not sure if they're meant for long-term use. It was fine with the smaller 20g cable on the car. The standard 16ga 4-wire towline was slightly too big for the plugs and didn't fit securely in the plastic groove. A large wire also made it difficult to properly punch it onto the terminal. I…
