I’m a size 14 so I got a large but to be able to get it on by myself I had to put on tummy control underwear. I would get one size up from your pant size. It worked well while working out but it did roll up a few times. It definitely keeps you standing up straight!

I use this body shaper while I'm doing stuff around the house. I try to wear it at least 8hrs per day. Have not tried it while working out so I can't say how well it holds up. I'm 5' 8 and weigh 248lbs. I ordered the XXL and it fit comfortable on the first hook. I feel like it do not have too much support. The material is a bit soft. If you have any back rolls.it don't really do much for that as far as smoothing is concern. Otherwise, for the price it seem to be doing an ok job so far.
