Great quality! best in my review

This street elbow is manufactured well. The fit and finish is very good. Mates well with other pipe threads. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Good quality
Cons
  • Not suitable for high-pressure applications that require more robust fittings

Threads not cut properly, don't seal.

Purchased three of these and all three had the same problem, the threads for the female side weren't cut all the way in and whenever a male was screwed in it wouldn't seal because the male couldn't thread in all the way without jamming, galling and no amount of proper stainless steel thread tape could make it seal. I wound up using a heavy application of liquid steel epoxy on the threads to get it to not leak. Let dry overnight otherwise the liquid pressure will blow out the epoxy. Do not…

Pros
  • This is a well made product & was perfect for the air compressor job.
Cons
  • Threads not cut correctly. Does not fit well with American made npt
