Good quality hosting & customer service

The support team is very responsive and helpful! We've been able to use HostMedia for our website since 2014, and have had no issues with it. I don't think there's anything that I dislike about HostMedia as a whole. They are very knowledgeable. If you're looking for someone who can help you set up your site, they are great at that. Our previous host was not so easy to work with. Sometimes we would get emails saying our account was suspended or banned without any explanation. With HostMedia…

  • It gives us a chance to test out their services before committing to them
Cons
  • I dislike that I can't use their service for my website if I'm not a member of their affiliate program

HostMedia really cares and takes care of customers well

I like that they have many different features to choose from, such as domain registration or website building tools (website builder). The customer service is also great! They are always willing/able assist you with any questions pertaining your account - even if it's something super simple for them too :) Also their support team has been very helpful when we've had issues in our accounts since being acquired by hostmedia years ago!!   • Lots o' choices within each category hosting plans etc.etc
Cons
  • Nothing really comes immediately mind besides maybe not having enough memory allocated per user? Not sure though.
  • No way currently without paying extra money through reseller program / V
