I like that they have many different features to choose from, such as domain registration or website building tools (website builder).

The customer service is also great! They are always willing/able assist you with any questions pertaining your account - even if it's something super simple for them too :) Also their support team has been very helpful when we've had issues in our accounts since being acquired by hostmedia years ago!! We were able get back up running after an outage which was caused due some changes made at another provider who merged into us but didn't keep all of my data so i lost about 2 months worth during this time :(.
