Doesn't get hot enough to get my daughter's bangs. If you have thin, straight hair and just want to do a few strands, this will probably do the trick. However, I bought this so I could easily straighten my daughter's medium length wavy bangs in the morning and it doesn't work for that.

Ideal for travel. It's very small and easy to store! I can use it to touch up, no problem. It takes a long time to straighten or curl my entire head and I have fairly thin hair. This works well enough for me to smooth out my roots and those weird swirls that I've been looking for. Again, my hair is fine here, so the heat setting works well. Not sure if it will be hot enough for coarse hair.

Heats up quickly but seems to cool down after a while but hard to tell as they don't have a temp gauge. I bought them on February 8th, today February 20th, the plates started to crack leaving bits of white coating on my hair. I've used them maybe 3-4 times. It's very disappointing

I have to say that I don't actually use this straightener. I use Color Street nail polish strips and needed a way to seal the unused strips so they don't dry out. This kid saved me so much money on nail polish strips. And it's so small that it fits anywhere. I love it.

This is a very small flat iron and probably will not be suitable for straightening all hair. Probably good for small areas or on the go. I actually bought this to seal my street colored nail streaks and it works great!

I would say this flat iron is ok. It comes in a box with a black felt mat that can be used to lay down or wrap up after use. The iron itself is connected to the network and only has an on/off button. It starts heating up right away, but unfortunately you can't regulate the heat level, so the longer it's on, the hotter it gets.
