Worked great with my '06 Yamaha R6. 4 stars given because they were all a mess when they arrived. It took me a while to break them down into the correct sizes. Not a big deal, but it took them a while to resort to it. Definitely need a better shipping organizer but other than that they worked great.

Bought for 2007 Yamaha FZ6. The gold standard for shims, so no quality issues. Why would anyone with such necessary precision bother. My only concern is that there may be more spacers in the kit that are likely to actually be used. I would like to trade the extreme ends of the set for middle spacers.

what i like is you get 3 different sizes now there is another set for 32$ but you only get 1 gasket i think but this one set, because if you have two things of the same size that you need, you won't have them in another store. You'll pay about $5 and up for another pad, plus waiting time isn't a problem like any tool, you might not use it all the time, but when you need it, just buy it, it'll pay off down the road and use it is very well made, good luck.

I bought this kit for my 2005 Honda Ruckus. It came with lots of spacers. I've already used it on my bike and several friends' bikes. Hot Cams sells great products and this is one of them. Everything is clearly labeled, taking the guesswork out of finding the right seal. For every bike I have in the future I will, without question, buy a Hot Cams seal kit. Case has a tear from transport but a piece of tape and it's like new. All seals are well lubricated and will last a long time in storage.

Bought this kit for my 1998 ZX9R. Each seal in the kit is engraved 0.05mm larger than it actually is. Gaskets are still good, just check their thickness before use. Unless you plan on adjusting a lot of valves, stock up on hot pads if you know what they're for. Catalog numbers look like this - 5PK748290 (5PK - quantity, 748 - diameter, 290 - thickness). I bought this kit and used it 2 times on my CRF250r. No problem unless you buy tons of seals and only need 2. Basically it saves you the hassle of opening them. Pick up your bike THEN run to Honda and HOPE they have the brake pads you need. Only a few minor complaints so far. When I received the kit most of the pads were out of place and mixed up with different sizes. This probably happened during shipping and handling of the set, but I just feel like things should be a little better to keep all the gaskets in their grooves. Second, some gaskets were sticking together and rust was starting to build up on them. Third, there are only 3 spacers for each size. I wish there were 5 of each in the kit or at least 4. This can be a problem
