Well packaged with bubble wrap but should have been sent in a box rather than an envelope due to the weight. Maybe that's why one stone had a hair-thick crack. I wanted the seller to exchange only one stone but they told me to return all stones for exchange. The stones didn't look like the photo, they weren't quite smooth like glass or wax. They had a residue with circles printed on them from the bubble wrap. I washed with soapy water and finally removed it. They are only shiny and super smooth
