Assembled it's not as strong as I thought. The main issue is the bottom (below) which is just 4 thin pieces of fabric that stretch when opened when installed. I know that the manufacturer allows it to be folded for transport. But a better idea would be a firm flat tray [made from the same box material] to allow the box to stand up when opened. Depending on what you're looking for, this might suit you. But I find it silly. It's hard cardboard or maybe very thin wood underneath the material, so yes it will hold its shape. But there's no way it's going to be as durable as a hard plastic urn.
