For some weird reason my cat LOVES digging through my dirty laundry and walking around in my dirty socks oO So, I finally ordered a basket with a lid for the house so it wouldn't tear my socks! The basket came folded but was very easy to assemble. Handle holes at the front and back of the basket make it easy to move, and the interior is lined with a waterproof lining for easy cleaning later. There are 2 magnets in the front small lip, and there are also small metal bars in the corresponding places on the main basket. Note that while the magnets appear VERY weak, they ARE and will prevent a 10 pound cat from squeezing into the basket! Also note that you can let the basket lid close on its own (rather than slowly and controlled closing) and the magnets will CONNECT so the basket doesn't accidentally get stuck in the open position. The capacity of the basket is very large, it can withstand a week of washing and easily transfer it. The brown color is the same as the real picture and is really very attractive. UPDATED 8/4/2016: Cart still works VERY well! My cat doesn't play with my socks anymore as she can't get to them and she doesn't jump on the basket as often either. The seam lines still hold together well, the interior isn't dirty/mouldy either, and the fact that it has 2 hand holes on the front and back means it's VERY easy to carry to the laundry room AND helps with dirty laundry to air. so they don't sit there and cook!
