This is NOT a gecko egg incubator. First, the incubator is made of styrofoam and is very fragile. Second, this kit only has a couple of plastic containers and a ziploc bag filled with substrate, now it would be nice if it had instructions on how to hatch reptile eggs, but no. No instructions on how to use this incubator as advertised unless you bought one for chicken eggs. Finally, thirdly, this thing is very difficult to assemble and use. So far so good, used for incubating leopard gecko eggs. Much larger than expected, 1.5ft by 1.5ft. It comes with a small hole in the top corner for wires like the probe I use. I recommend getting a hydrometer/thermometer other than yours and a thermostat. I don't know how to work with the thermostat, I had to watch a YouTube video, but I'm still not very good at it.
