Please do not buy this

If I could give these negative stars I would. THIS IS A SCAM. I bought it thinking it would be great for me to just tinker around and let my son play his Roblox game. We had the laptop for ONE WEEK. ONE WEEK and we turn it on and it randomly says Chrome OS is missing or corrupt. Let's not fix it. Tried troubleshooting, rebooting, calling Revain (who literally couldn't do anything and told us to call HP). HP refused to help because THEY NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS LAPTOP MODEL. Let's not forget that…

Does not report that the computer has been repaired

I bought this computer on the recommendation of a friend as she has had it for almost a year with no problems. I looked and looked in detail to make sure it wasn't a refurbished computer. Nowhere in the description or details did it say it was a refurbishment. I bought in December 2019 and apparently the warranty expired in November 2019. I had no problems with the computer for the first 30 days, then the screen went black and wouldn't turn on. HP won't do anything until I buy a service pack at
