This product appears to have expired in JANUARY 2019. And now I'm stuck with a Chromebook with a broken microphone. I bought it for my son to use at school. Due to the Corona crisis, we have to do most of our schoolwork from home. Because of this disability, he is unable to attend some class assignments and cannot do some homework. This is disappointing to say the least. There should have been clear information about the product's warranty status. I felt like I was buying a NEW product. Both the seller and HP should be ashamed of this event. Which company only bases its warranty on the date of manufacture and not the date of purchase?
