He won't be keeping in touch in just 9 months

After running this monitor for only 9 months, it started shutting down randomly every day. I would be in the middle of something and he would say the cable was disconnected. I've tried changing cables, power cords, etc. but still doing the same thing. I replaced it with another monitor with the same cables and no problems.

    • The power cord is not securely connected to the portal, causing the monitor to turn off.

    Faulty power connection

I like the monitor itself, but every time I press it or move it, the power is cut. The power cord is snug, but I have to unplug and plug it back in a few times before the monitor gets power. At first I thought I could live with it, but it became a problem. To update. The problem appears to be the power cord supplied by HP. I connected it with a different cable, no problems so far. I will update again when this happens.

    Plugin not working: my review

The power plug is super sensitive. Thought I could get away with it to this day (Day 3), it was so finicky that it would only turn on and stay on if I held the plug at the base at the perfect angle. Very unfortunate, something like that would mean a refund. Send it back and get a different brand.

    NOT SUPPLIED WITH VGA CABLE

If you need a second monitor to extend your screen for work etc, this might not work. My computer has an HDMI input and a VGA input. I use HDMI and bought it because I needed a second VGA screen so I didn't want to just mirror with a splitter. It also took two weeks to get here and I understand everything is secured but the FEDEX communication was poor and I wasn't allowed to cancel the order. It may work fine but I'll have to wait for my VGA to arrive to see. Buy elsewhere.

    Excellent screen quality

I needed another monitor for work and it was perfect. I would compare the screen quality to expensive Dell screens and think HP makes a good product anyway. It costs money.

Died within months of my review.

The monitor died a few months later. Doesn't look like a quality product, very light. To be honest I thought I was scammed with a fake because of the quality of the monitor and a quick death.

    Very good product

The monitor is excellent. This is a very functional monitor. Good resolution and great value if you don't want to spend too much. The only problem is that the power cord doesn't fit properly in the monitor. When the monitor is tilted up or down, it turns off.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for what I use it for, other than the power cord

I bought two monitors on Black Friday and overall I think they're great! I use them when I work from home. They are lightweight, very easy to assemble and easy to connect. The only thing I complain about is the power plug. He seems too relaxed and switches off. They feed straight up and in, and maybe gravity is pulling them in, but that's a very nasty problem.

Just the right size for home use.

This 21.5 inch size is perfect for my work, excel etc, the color is great, I love that the on/off and adjustment buttons are on the front and not the top or side. I used to buy 24 inch monitors but they were too "face-to-face" for the job. I like being able to look out the window occasionally while working. I asked to put two boxes of monitors in the Revain box. Delivery very well packaged, no damage. Received within 3 days, great price, very happy with monitors, shipping and service!

It's worth it, maybe as a second monitor

If you're looking for a primary monitor to play games or watch movies somewhere else the HDMI cable is constantly losing signal and you have to move it around to recover the picture and contrary to what the product name says it's just that 60 Hz. not 75. .

A simple monitor, but - my new review

Very easy to connect but unfortunately the power cord was being unplugged several times an hour which was driving me insane. They couldn't just send me the cable so I'm sending it back within 30 days.

Nice update - my new review

Very good upgrade for the price; I have only encountered one problem, the power cord is very "sensitive" at the connection point to the monitor, the slightest movement of the cord or the monitor will turn off the monitor. The connector seems to be quite tight, and as long as the monitor or power cord doesn't move, no problem.
