Very clean and looks brand new, the only thing I don't like is that they have no idea what model you will be getting. The product description said x360 14b-ca0080nr and I asked if it was the right model so I could buy the case right away and they said just wait until I get it and I'll get x360 14a-ca0030wm.

I was a little afraid to buy it as there are almost no reviews but I'm glad I took the risk. It works and looks great. I've had no problems and it's a lot better than spending another $500 on the same new laptop.

I LOVE this Chromebook. I'm an amateur artist and couldn't afford an iPad. I personally think this is a sufficient alternative to the universal pen. It's foldable and has a touchscreen and can run in a Linux environment where I can use some of my favorite open source apps like Inskcape and Shotcut. I recommend this to any artist on a budget. The screen size is good and the weight is perfect.

If you are an experienced computer user, this product is not for you. BUT if you are looking for a tablet/laptop style device for your kids or even yourself for regular everyday use. My usual Chromebook problems always boil down to issues with limited memory, limited storage, or slow CPU performance. This Chromebook has none of those problems! It's a little heavier than I expected, but nothing I couldn't handle. Everything worked right away and even had a full charge on the battery. Arrived in less than 2 days. Excellent purchase!

With a U-series processor and 8GB of RAM, this Chromebook is truly a powerhouse when it comes to Chrome OS devices. It runs Android and Linux apps like it's nothing. I've seen many people comment that the screen is too dark, but I haven't really had that experience. When you turn up the screen brightness, it appears as bright and vibrant as other laptops I've used. This product is highly recommended!
