I was so happy to receive and use this printer. I already had one that I liked but it stopped working so I ordered it with a cartridge too and it was just as hardworking and reliable as my original. Good price. A small problem with the shipping address, but the seller corrected it quickly and I still received my printer on time! Excellent customer service!

This is a GREAT printer. I have 3 for my small business. They are workhorses and print thousands of pages for me. I have one of my HP4100n printers from 2003. I bought a refurbished unit from TPM Tech through Revain and it works great and the price couldn't be better.

The laser quality is amazing for this HP 4100. The printed font and black and white images are still great. Mine has three print trays and a duplex unit. I no longer have Ethernet connected directly to my computer or router with a wired connection. I have a music system for songs in the house and I just got another song box and hooked it up to the HP4100c so it's a print server. I recommend the HP 4100 as the tank in the computer printer world.
