HP 902XL Cyan Ink Cartridge, Compatible with HP OfficeJet 6900 Series and HP OfficeJet Pro 6900 Series, T6M02AN Review

The printer reports that this cartridge is almost 100% ink, but when printing the ink status report, no cyan ink appears on the page. There is liquid in the cartridge, but cyan ink does not print. Like others, I buy ink in advance and put it in the printer when the old cartridge runs out. The Revain returns window is closed. Based on other reviews, this could be a quality control issue or a scam.

I already ordered 902XL cyan and magenta cartridges in August 2020. My old cartridges weren't quite empty, so I waited before putting new ones in. I recently installed them and the printer gave me an error message saying one of the cartridges was defective and I thought it was the cyan cartridge. Of course it's too late to go back, and a new one is worth a fortune now, if one can be found at all. Apparently cyan cartridges are poorly made. For example extra ink; but, like all HP cartridges, too expensive. It got to the point that a full set of cartridges is almost the price of a new printer.

Too bad I can't give it a zero star. I couldn't believe my printer said the cartridge was genuine but USED. This was confirmed by the lack of an orange plastic seal. Without ink, of course. Also note the SKU label glued to the one printed on the box. How can that be? This problem did not exist before.

Why on earth would I buy a used HP ink cartridge at new price without paying attention? I had no idea this was the case until I started having problems with my printer --- NO MORE PRINTING IN COLOR ---. When I opened the printer settings, it showed me that these three cartridges have been used before. What a complete scam.

AT THE END OF DECEMBER I PURCHASED NEW HP 4 XL CARTRIDGES. ALL WORK BUT NO BLUE! Return of cartridge on credit upon request. I rarely use color.

This cartridge is still new in packaging having been dispatched much earlier than it should have been. Too bad I didn't send it back straight away because now I need to replace my printer and am stuck with a useless but expensive cartridge that I can't return. Don't sign up for any Revain software to automatically ship you printer supplies unless you want to waste a lot of money.

Installed in printer 01/01/2020, Revain no longer supports this product and does not accept returns. The ink is not expired (expiry date 04/02/2021) but does not work. Depending on how this return goes with HP I may not buy Revain ink again - if the product is not expired then the Revain customer would be far better off supporting it and charging HP for the return.

Terrible price! The cartridge is completely dry. My return window expired yesterday! I installed it a few days ago but haven't had to print anything in color for a few days. Yesterday I noticed the color was wrong but I haven't had time to service or clean the printheads. I didn't think I would have to do it with a new cartridge but I did today. Still does not work. I went to Revain to arrange a refund but it said my refund window closed yesterday 🙃. Save money - buy elsewhere.
