The seller is a liar. I brought a cheap compatible instead of the original as in the photo. He's lying that himself added the wrong photo-picture. I hope that this store will be removed from the market. They refuse to do a return.

Always great quality with HP toner. It costs a few euros but is worth the money. For a small business, I need that kind of reliability, and this toner offers that kind of convenience. Highly recommended.

I have never had any problems with original HP toner. I had an issue with one of the "compatible" products that required a printer cleaning and repair technician to fix. I will never go back to compatible products.

The HP box was open, there was no packaging (black bag) around the cartridge and there was a label on the HP box saying the cartridge was being returned to HP for recycling! As a test I put it in my printer and it said it wasn't an HP cartridge! How could Revain miss out on this being a NEW product?

This item caused significant damage to my HP5200 printer, requiring a service call to clean the toner sprayed inside the printer. In addition to costing almost $200, it cost me over $300 for a support call. I tried to initiate a return (last status showed 80% toner left) but got the message "return window expired" so seems like I'm having no luck.
