I love this organization because they are very organized with their scheduling process it is easy to communicate when there needs changes or if you need something corrected before your shift starts! They have great communication between each other as well. The benefits I received from HPC were as follows: 1.) Health Insurance 2.) 401k 3.) Retirement plan 4.) Pay raise 5.) Vacation time 6.) Flexible hours7.) Supportive workplace. I enjoyed working with my co-workers at HPCHP! Our Manager was supportive of our goals as well as ours' goal to provide excellent customer service while staying compliant within HIPPA regulations is crucial when dealing with medical records or healthcare providers that are sensitive/private information.
