The benefits I received from HPC were as follows: 1.) Health Insurance 2.) 401k 3.) Retirement plan 4.) Pay raise 5.) Vacation time 6.) Flexible hours7.) Supportive workplace. There was nothing that I disliked. It was more of a great experience than anything else. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a job or if you are thinking about starting your own business. Just go to it and see what you think. Sometimes things get awkward but that is just part of working at any job. Benefits and pay, career advancement, flexible schedule and supportive work environment.
