Straight bits will not fit Dewalt 1/8 " collet.

Straight bits will not fit Dewalt 660 1/8" 3.175mm collet. All other bits seem fine, straight bits indicate that the shank diameter is equal to 4mm.

Suitable for commercial CNC

Very reluctant to use 1/8" shank drill on commercial CNC with 6HP ER32 collet. bit strength and cut quality. Runs at 200 m/min at 15,000 rpm with thread.

Straight bits will not fit the Dewalt 1/8 " collet.

Straight end bits will not fit 1/8 collet " 3.175mm Dewalt 660. All other bits seem fine, the shank diameter on straight bits is 4mm.

Suitable for commercial CNC

Very reluctant to use 1/8" shank bits on commercial CNCs with ER32- Collet running on the spindle, power 6hp My first cut was 1/2" Corian and I was really impressed with the performance of the drill and the quality of the cut. Runs at 200m/min at 15,000rpm threaded .

HQMaster CNC Router Bit Set

I bought this 3.175/2.0/4.0mm kit for my 3020 td CNC desktop for small woodworking projects. It's very good and durable. All bits have a 3.175mm shank. And straight bits have a 4mm shank. So far I haven't used more than one bit of each type and it's still good. Very happy with this offer.
