    Arrived quickly but with a chip.

    Arrived quickly but had a chip in the quartz tube. I contacted customer service and they rushed to me TWO to replace it! This is customer service now! quality unit. I am building a tiny free standing cabin in the woods and this is my final step after carbon and micro filters to purify rainwater for use. For the price I get a second one as a backup.

    Quality material. Easy installation. My plumber charged twelve hundred dollars to purchase and install this unit (no filters). I timed my setup which included a UV system and a dual pre-filter system. It took a little less than n hours. Then I helped a neighbor install the system.     I installed this on my rainwater collection point a few weeks ago and found it easy to install. The only problem was that the green/red ballast status lights didn't work at all after plugging it in. I pulled the light out a bit to see if it was on or not and it did. I contacted the seller about the problem and he immediately sent me two new ballasts for free!     Easy to install but not sure if it does what it's supposed to do

    Was pretty easy to install - I also installed new filters and a rotary filter with PEX for the first time and had to run back in shop or twice for things that were supposed to fit but didn't - so it took me 2 days to do all this - and the light is on but the instructions say the water that comes out has to be hot, mine doesn't - it's actually quite cold - and I took some to test right after the filter and it still failed the bacteria test - until I sanitized the well again. I plan on taking out

Customer service was excellent (I thought I was missing o-rings and they sent some straight away; I later found the missing o-rings). I had an issue with a small crack in the quartz tube and there was a tiny leak that got into the tube and wet the flask. I emailed support and received a response overnight.
