I can fit a lot of groceries and snacks in it

It's been a few years since I had a lunch bag. You can put a decent amount of food and snacks in it. If you have a big appetite. I would recommend taking a larger bag. In the photo: container dimensions 6x4.5x2.5. 5x7x2.5.4.5x4.5x3. Measurements were taken from the lids. I put the ice pack in the top pocket. Ice pack size 7x4x1.5. I love the look and ergonomics of this lunch box. I've been looking for a lunch box with molle straps for a long time. For two months I am very satisfied with this bag.
