HUHAO Cobalt Circuit 0 2 1 1Mm Diameter Review

These drill bits are EXTREMELY brittle and brittle. Like, the pen is fragile. Serious. I couldn't use them for their intended purpose. Each of them broke in half almost immediately. I suspect if you were using them in an expensive, very precise drill press with literally zero lateral movement they might be of limited use, but they definitely shouldn't be used in hand drills or dremels. Unfortunately, mine are all in the trash.

I am 100% sure they classify as "Titanium" and not "Cobalt". these little guys are probably better off anyway as cobalt is harder but also more brittle they cut have pretty decent edges and are the right size so a decent cheap set no wonder as to be expected I'd rather see that such small bits are made from better quality steel and then plated, rather than casting the same type as standard size branded bits that look like powder when snapped in (not sure of actual metallurgical quality).

Shafts are strong enough, but the bits are tiny, I mean really tiny, which you can't appreciate until you see them (see attached picture with price in US dollars). Bought these for drilling circuit boards for personal projects. They're tiny and fragile to handle, but when fitted into my cheap Harbor Freight drill, they didn't bend or wobble, but cut cleanly and easily through the circuit board material. Move slowly and don't push too hard (especially from the side) like you would with any small
