My son needs a good fan for his bedroom and this little fan works great especially when he sleeps on the top bunk bed. The blade length is perfect!

The fan itself isn't a bad thing for the price. I gave a bad review because of the terrible assembly instructions. Written clearly by a Chinese with limited English, some sequential steps are overlooked or just vague. Although I consider myself a fairly "savvy" homeowner, it took me too long to install the fan. This process could be simplified with better instructions.

Seriously already with guidance! Why put them in a box. Some of the inscriptions are so small that they cannot even be read. Installing a glass frame is almost impossible. The fan looks good but took a very long time to install and yes it did take a few people to install the glass fittings. I'm good with my hands and I never have trouble putting things together. So if you don't have a hand, don't buy a fan

Bought this fan because it's a hunting brand. But I was COMPLETELY disappointed with the 1 1/2 page instructions. Says you can buy a remote control, the instructions don't mention how to use or connect the remote control, there are several packages with screws that don't fit anywhere and some important screws are missing, it was very cheap, I think you pay for what you got it, never got it to work. One blade was so deformed badly sent back to buy another hunter but spend more dollars.

Hunter has always been a trusted fan brand for us, but this fan was made with no quality control. The hanger cover was too big for the hanger. I had to press it against the housing cover on the bracket. Hunter Company - "Test your products before shipping to ensure they are properly designed. Hanging took three times longer than necessary and we know what we're doing. Husband is an electrician. Looks ok, but it's really annoying!

We installed it in the bedroom above the bed. It looks good, runs quietly and provides good airflow. I gave it four stars instead of five for two reasons: the instructions are very inadequate, which caused me to go back and undo some of my work, and second, the switch to change the direction of the fan is in a very uncomfortable place to reach. I really like Hunter fans. Bought several over the years. Even if the quality seems to have gone down. This new fan is pretty good, but I'm not thrilled with how the fan pull chain works (light pull chain is great) and the mounting system isn't as good as the fan it replaced. A technician came to us and installed this fan and another more expensive one in the master bedroom. The expensive Home Depot fan was an "easy to install" model and took about half an hour to get to the ceiling, this one took three!
