We bought cages to refurbish our obsolete glass bowls. My husband sprayed them silver and simply attached them to existing lights. Very simple solution to get the look I needed! Make sure your light adapts to the cells (this is explained online in the description).

LOVE these lightweight suitcases. I really love the modern farm design. Tried buying a cheaper option from Revain but when they got here they were too big and bulky. I found these on Amazon recommended items and ordered a replacement, they are PERFECT! Haven't tried the bases yet because I'm waiting for my Edison bulbs, but I like the look without them.

The price was great. I had to use an adapter to use the shades. With an adapter they look good on my basement lights but not on my ceiling fan. I only found adapters at Revain. Unfortunately in a pack of 3. I needed four. And only white people came. I wanted black. It would be nice if the shades were made for ceiling fans. If only companies would make ceiling fan shades like their pendant lights.

Only one set purchased on 04/10/21. I wanted to see if they would work for what I wanted. Received on 07/10/21. They worked great. 10/08/21 I have ordered another and the same product from the same seller. I have received a different product! They don't fit what I need them for and they have unnecessary clips (instead of screws like in the first set) to hold the cages together. They don't just bend. Save time and money!

I wanted to upgrade this ceiling fan in my new home so I painted it matte black and decided to try these shade cages - they worked great. I didn't add the bottom part because it would be "too much" I think. I had to use hardware from old glass lampshades to attach these cages to the old sockets - there was nothing in the lampshades so I removed the star. However, I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a country or industrial look.

Looks good on my Edison bulb. They mount easily, they are not tight on my lamp but that is normal. However, they didn't come with screws to hold the cage together so I have to buy them separately.
