I've dropped my phone a few times and it has never been damaged. I didn't drop it because of poor grip provided by the case, it was always something else! It's a little bulky and I wish it was not so dominantly black. But it's not so bulky that it's difficult to carry around in your pants pocket (I don't wear tight pants!). I don't use finger print reading on my phone, so I don't know about that working with this case.

I don't necessarily like the heavy plastic flaps that cover the usb and earphone jacks. They might help to keep dirt and grit out ( somewhat doubtful, as dirt/ pet hair seem to find their way into case no matter how meticulously I clean it before replacing) but they also make it harder to get usb and earphones in, as you have to hold flap open and maneuver the plugs simultaneously. I can not find anything that I don't like about this phone case.It's very sensitive to touch for fingerprint reading & scrolling.It's a solid case & very durable.It's easy to put together & to take apart. To take apart, just use a quarter to pry between the back outer case and the upper frame at the top. There isn't many cases out there for the Samsung A50 phone that covers the phone entirely. The first case I had was thin and flimsy, and had no protection if it was dropped. I overall like the case so far. Easy to put on phone and seems really sturdy. Only two things bug me about it, firstly the plastic screen cover produces lots of glare while in sunlight particularly, much more than the glass cover I had previously. And the second is the initial stiffness of the covers on the charging port and headphone jack, they put a lot of pressure on the cords, but I think with time and frequent use they'll relax a bit. I like the case and it certainly has protected my phone from drops. But, I strongly suspect that it interferes with data features on the phone. I have run tests and observed differences anecdotally. When I use my phone as a hotspot, it moves data without the case on faster, very consistently.

Awesome product and very durable. My only problem is that the cover wears down faster than the actual case. Built-in screen protector may not be as durable as separate ones.

Seems to be a nice solid & durable case. Looks good too. Fits my phone perfectly. I noticed other reviews mention it being hard to take apart. I didn't have any trouble. I found the notch in the bottom right corner and the outer case peeled right off. The inside case snaps right on, just tuck the buttons in first when installing or pull the opposite side off when removing. The front plastic covering the screen seems to fit fine. Overall a good solid product.
