When I ordered I read all the reviews that said the build was horrible. But my husband is very skilled, so I thought how difficult it is. I came home after he packed everything and he told me it was the worst thing he'd ever had to put together. There were practically no assembly instructions. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 still a very good chair!

Excellent chair. Easy to assemble. Good quality. I'm a professional stylist. I have my own salon. I was in dire need of another chair for a new stylist. I was very hesitant to purchase because of the low price and because I need quality furniture for a large customer base. However, the chair arrived at my house on time and was exactly as it was intended. I will definitely be buying another one soon.

The instructions were very difficult to understand as the printer was low on ink when printing so it was very faded. It took me about two hours to assemble the chair and when I was almost done I found that two screws were missing. The missing screws were for the back of the chair (4 screws total but I only had 2) so the back moves when someone sits on it. I contacted Amazon and they told me they couldn't just send me the screws and that I would have to disassemble the whole chair, send it back…
